Best team in Astrelyne: how to build your 5 heroes
1 October 2026 · 3 min read

In Astrelyne, five heroes go into battle and fight on their own; you choose who goes, and when to launch their ultimates. A good line-up is often worth more than ten levels. Here is how to build one.
The basic rule: 1 tank, 1 healer, 3 damage dealers
- A tank stands in the front line and draws the hits. Without one, your fragile heroes fall in seconds.
- A healer stays at the back and keeps everyone standing. In long fights, it changes everything.
- Three damage dealers (warriors, archers or mages) do the damage.
Heroes place themselves according to their class: tanks and warriors in front, archers, mages and healers behind. There is nothing to set up, you just have to choose well.
The protectors that change everything
Tanks do not all have the same ultimate. Brusvald and Unit-7 heal themselves and draw the hits. Grumbaal and Sergeant Krovalt, on the other hand, halve the damage taken by the whole team for 4 seconds: often the best choice against bosses that hit hard.
As for healers, Ophrisel heals the whole team for 30%, and Sidera heals for 25% and adds 3 seconds of protection.
Against waves of enemies: area attacks
Regular planets send several enemies, sometimes in two waves. Ultimates that hit every enemy work wonders there:
| Hero | Class | Ultimate |
|---|---|---|
| Flechmir | archer | 180% ATK to all enemies |
| Vexa-9 | mage | 170% ATK to all enemies |
| Captain Bolide | warrior | 160% ATK to all enemies |
| Pyrelle | mage | 150% ATK to all enemies |
| Fyrrak | warrior | 140% ATK to all and 3 s burn |
Against bosses: focused damage and stuns
A boss has a huge amount of HP and a devastating ultimate. You need to hit it hard and stop it from acting:
- Nyrvos deals 220% ATK and stuns for 2 seconds;
- Lieutenant Aspic deals 240% ATK and stuns for 1 second;
- Szyrrah and Givrakai hit the weakest enemy for 300% and 280% ATK: perfect for taking out enemy healers;
- Tsuvane and Umbrakai chain 3 or 4 hits on the same target.
A typical anti-boss team: Grumbaal, Sidera, Nyrvos, Lieutenant Aspic and a warrior such as Fyrrak. Against a boss that hits very hard, a second tank instead of a damage dealer is often safer.
Stars matter as much as levels
Each star increases a hero's HP and attack by 18%: a 5-star hero is 72% stronger than the same hero with one star. Focus your star shards (earned in the arena, against bosses and by summoning) on the heroes of your main team rather than spreading them out.
Legendary heroes
From galaxy 4 onwards, legendary heroes can be recruited for 100 star shards: Morvhana, Omega Titan, Kharzul and Thanaé. Bigger and more powerful, they are a great replacement for a hero of the same class.
The right time for ultimates
In manual mode, keep protections (team shields, heals) for the boss's ultimate, and launch area attacks when all the enemies are grouped together. This timing is often what makes the difference between a defeat and three stars.
